TEMI 2025 Ministry Report
This has been another rewarding year as we continue to serve both God and His people through a diverse range of ministry appointments. Our status remains as an accredited non-profit ministry organization (501c3) based out of our home office in Windsor, CO. Our ministry ordination remains with Jubilee Fellowship Churchin Centennial, CO. Below is a summary of our 2025 ministry activity.
Worship Ministry
Leading worship, mentoring worship leaders, and fulfilling interim worship assignments remains a significant part of our overall ministry mix.
This June and July, Tom stepped in to oversee the worship department at Greenwood Community Church in Greenwood Village, CO while their worship pastor was on sabbatical. Then from August through December, he managed the worship department for our friends at Calvary Bible Church in Boulder, CO.
Other worship leading assignments included serving: Windsor Vineyard in Windsor, CO; Grace Place, Berthoud, CO; Cornerstone Community Church, Greeley, CO; Calvary Bible Church, Thornton, CO; an Israel Awareness Gathering hosted by the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem, Ft Collins, CO; Man in the Mirror’s Partner Event, Ashville, NC; House of Hope Church, St. Petersburg, FL; First Presbyterian Church, Tampa; Woodsiestock Music Festival, Holderness, NH; His Mansion Ministries, Hillsborough, NH; Bethel Lutheran, Windsor, CO; C12 State-wide gathering, Littleton, CO.
Retreat Ministry
We continue to serve with Rich and Linda Case and ABIDE Ministries. We are privileged to be on their core leadership team and feel a greater call to increase our activity in facilitating retreats and discipling ministry leaders.
In late March, we co-led two Abide Retreats. One in New Hampshire with Dave and Melissa Dunkel, and the second with Rich and Janet Cocchiaro in Rhode Island. During the summer months we participated in an Abide Ministries Leaders Retreat in Salzburg, Austria and directed a retreat for the Cole Valley Christian School educators in Boise, ID. Our fall ministry was highlighted by co-leading two more Abide Retreats in New Hampshire with Dave and Melissa Dunkel and conducting a Marriage Retreat for Vineyard Church of the Rockies in Ft Collins, CO.

Marketplace Ministry
For the past several years we have been serving many Christian business owners and executives through worship and leading retreats. As a result, we have built strong relationships with these Kingdom leaders and have come to understand their unique calling in using business as a platform for ministry.
Three years ago, Tom was asked to step into a role as a corporate chaplain for St. James Sporting Propertiesin Windsor, CO. Tom’s duties include leading a weekly bible study in the office, providing pastoral encouragement to the employees, and helping the company culture grow into a Spirit-led organization.
Other 2025 Ministry Activities
- Mentoring worship leaders and one-on-one discipleship.
- Encouraging couples.
- Consulting with various church, non-profit, and business leaders.
- Officiating and/or providing music for wedding ceremonies and memorial services.
- The 2nd annual community presentation of Dave and Tom’s Christmas Party!
Coming Up in 2026
- Leading worship for several churches and faith-based organizations.
- Abide Ministries Leaders Retreat, Sarasota, FL in January.
- Abide Marriage Conference in February at Vintage City Church, Ft Collins, CO
- We are currently scheduling more Abide Ministries and related retreats.
- Tom will continue his chaplaincy role with St. James Sporting Properties.
- The release of Tom’s “Encounter Worship” course.
- Whatever other assignments God has for us J
Prayers and Partnership
